The site is updated as vacant positions are posted or as open positions are filled.
The job grades are posted on each job description. You can access the salary grade structure.
If you apply online, you will receive an automatic response when we receive your résumé.
All jobs that appear on the website are open. They may be at different stages of the interview/hiring process, but they are still open. Job openings are not removed until they are filled.
The Office of People and Culture does not handle academic faculty appointments. Each faculty position description lists specific contact information for questions. For additional information on faculty openings, please contact the search committee chair for that position, the academic department or as listed on the Faculty Openings announcement.
Although individual positions will vary, searches take approximately six to eight weeks to complete, so try to be patient. If you have specific questions regarding your candidacy, please email pandc@dos5.net.
Yes. However, we encourage you to apply for specific positions whenever possible. General résumés are stored and referred to hiring departments only upon request.
No. If you are applying for more than one position, it is in your best interest to submit a cover letter and résumé for each position.
You will not be able to contact the department directly. All correspondence regarding open positions should go through the Office of People & Culture.
